Repeat this cycle a few times, focusing on the rhythm of your breath.

This practice helps calm your body by lowering your heart rate and anchors your mind in the present moment, helping to ease anxiety and improve focus. It’s a quick, effective way to reset, whether you’re at work, home, or on the go.
